Send us the vessel name, IMO number, port, ETA and quantities per grade.

Firm offer, then written confirmation. We coordinate the delivery with the port agent and the port authority.

Delivery
Quantity measurement and sealed samples drawn in the presence of the chief engineer.

Documentation
Bunker Delivery Note handed over, MARPOL sample retained, then invoicing.

Delivery planned around the vessel’s schedule.
Every hour in port costs money. We plan the delivery with the agent and the terminal so that it takes place during the vessel’s cargo operations, with no additional downtime.

- Joint quantity measurement and sampling in line with MARPOL Annex VI
